Erik has over 30 years' experience in corporate finance and asset management, strategy development and restructuring projects across a wide variety of sectors, including industrial, business services, retail and consumer goods.

Prior to founding Emirates Capital, Erik founded SCP Swiss Capital-Partners AG, a corporate finance boutique in Switzerland, which has since been integrated into Emirates Capital.

Prior to that, Erik was Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Transaction Services Strategy Group in Frankfurt, focusing on commercial due diligence, strategy consulting and lead advisory for multi billion Private Equity funds in Europe and the US. He acted as Board member of a venture capital company and as Managing Director of a number of corporates.

Erik has extensive international experience in Germany, Russia, Hong Kong and Switzerland and was previously a member of the German-Russian Co-operation Council.

Erik served on the Board of a NYSE-listed company for 7 years, and he received his MBA in Business Administration from J.W. Goethe University, Frankfurt, Germany.

Beside acting as a Board Member for Emirates Capital, Cambis is currently a Managing Director of Pars Int. Pharmaceutical GmbH in Munich, Germany and AGT Trading LLC in Dubai, UAE.

Prior to that, he was the Director, Vice President - Foreign Department and a Member of the Executive Board of Directors of a GCC bank with branches in London and Hamburg.

Cambis has extensive experience in asset management and he received his MBA in Business Administration and Banking Economics from the University of Munich, Germany.

Gregory is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, having qualified with a predecessor firm of Ernst & Young in 1982.

He subsequently worked in the accounting profession in South Africa, with a predecessor firm of KPMG, and in London, with a predecessor firm of BDO Stoy Hayward.

Gregory received a Bachelor of Science honors degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Salford, UK.

Yamuna has experience in heading Compliance, Risk and AML function of financial service firms such as private wealth managers, financial advisors, venture capital fund managers, hedge fund managers.

Yamuna has experience is developing, monitoring, and reviewing Compliance and AML Framework for Financial Services Firm.

Yamuna is an Authorised Compliance Officer/Money-Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) by the DFSA and a certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists by the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.

Ivana has played key roles in pivotal industry initiatives such as YouTube Channels & Originals, Premium Mid-Form video, and inaugural diverse creator programs such as We The Culture for Facebook and Instagram.

An award-winning executive producer, she has led successful content strategies for Meta's Entertainment products in Video, Music, and Gaming, as well as for Verizon's suite of OTT Entertainment products. Her tenure as Chief Content Officer for Verizon's go90 secured over 90 major award nominations, including an Oscar win for the Best Animated Short Film Dear Basketball -marking a milestone achievement for ad-supported video platforms.

Ivana also contributes her expertise to broader industry efforts. A 2018 Henry Crown Fellow with the Aspen Institute, she has served on several boards, including VidCon, the Consumer Technology Association, and TV Academy Foundation. She is a member of the Producers Guild of America, Television Academy, and International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
